Circular Rubber Solutions develops the CRsolutions™ technology, which transforms end-of-life tire rubber crumb into reusable rubber material through cryogenic processing and chemical reactivation. The technology converts approximately 85% of discarded tires into cryogenic rubber powder that can replace more than 50% of virgin material in new tires, and works with vulcanized rubber types including SBR, PBR, IR, Butyl, and EPDM. The process uses standard tire manufacturing equipment, reduces curing time by 10–20%, and produces material that can be recycled repeatedly without degradation.
