FactoryRegistry provides a free, public registry of U.S. manufacturing facilities compiled from federal records. The underlying federal data is public domain. Our compilation, design and computed fields are owned by FactoryRegistry and its licensors.
Federal source data is imperfect and facilities change. We compute status from independent sources and show our working, but we do not warrant that any record is complete or current. Do not rely on a listing as the sole basis for a commercial decision.
If you claim a facility you confirm you are authorised to act for that business. You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us the rights needed to display it. Claiming does not affect ranking, and we do not charge for it.
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, misrepresent your authority to claim a facility, or use the registry to harass any business or person.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located there.
