How to obtain warranty service: A. Retail, Dealer or Wholesaler purchases: return the Battery to the original retailer, supplying wholesaler or dealer with original purchase receipt. If not feasible, a warranty claim can be filed directly with the Manufacturer via their online warranty portal. B. Online Purchases: For new ODYSSEY® battery products purchased through an approved online reseller, contact the original online reseller for warranty service. Please check the online reseller’s policy before your purchase. For potential warranty coverage past the online seller’s warranty period but within the warranty period defined in this document, have the battery tested at your local automotive retail parts store. Should the battery fail testing, a copy of the test results is required for claim submittal directly with the Manufacturer via their online warranty portal. C. To file a claim through the Manufacturer’s online warranty portal, contact the Manufacturer at 1-800-964-2837 or visit the Warranty section of the Manufacturer’s website at www.odysseybattery.com/warranty/. A copy of a failed battery test result is required for warranty consideration. If the battery being claimed is equipped with the ODYSSEY® Connect battery monitoring system, data from that system may be required. D.
