These are self-certifications the company made about itself in its own SAM.gov registration with the federal government: they are not certifications issued or checked by a third party, and FactoryRegistry has not verified them.

Each designation has a page per state, for states holding at least 10 plants. Below that the register is not confident the list is useful enough to be a page of its own, and the plants are still counted on the national page and still listed under their own facility, company, state and industry pages.
